Duck Carnitas Quesadilla

Duck confit and our proprietary cheese blend. Served with pasilla sauce and guacamole.


Pork Belly and Chicharron

Citrus coleslaw, agave siracha sauce, tortillas and salsa.



Dusted in spicy masa. Served with salsa verde and habanero BBQ sauce.



Fire roasted corn, lime, Tajin, cotija cheese, spicy mayo and popcorn.


Queso Fundido with Spicy Shrimp

Mexican chorizo, rajas and our proprietary cheese blend. Served with tortillas.


Chicken Wings

Served in a habanero-orange BBQ sauce. Presented over a habanero cheese quesadilla.


Chile Relleno Divorciados

Two chile rellenos served in verde and roja salsa. Topped with Mexican crema and cotija cheese.


Octopus Con Achiote

Tender octopus marinated with achiote spice and presented with yuca fries and chimi-pico sauce.


Camarones Al Coco

Coconut dusted jumbo shrimp, Jima coleslaw, habanero-orange marmalade, queso fresco and cilantro.



Mexican Seafood Cóctel

Shrimp, octopus, calamari, crab, avocado, cucumbers, onions and cilantro. Served in a spicy tomato sauce.


Choice of Ceviche

Avocado, onion, jalapeños, lime and cilantro. Served with tostaditas. Choice of octopus, shrimp or mix.


Ceviche a La Veracruzana

Scallops and shrimp with our veracruzana sauce. Topped with olives, capers, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeños, onions and cilantro.



1/2 dozen oysters served with a spicy tomato sauce and pico de gallo.


Tuna with Mango

Avocado, mango, green onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lemon and Tajin. Served with a habanero aioli and tostaditas.



Jima Salad

Romaine, tomato, avocado, pepitas, tortilla strips and cotija cheese. Served with a chipotle-cilantro vinaigrette.


Spinach Salad

Red onions, raspberries, queso fresco and sesame seeds. Served with a chipotle-honey mustard vinaigrette.


Chilled Avocado Soup

Served with crab and chili oil.


Sopa Azteca

Chicken soup with vegetables.

Carne Norteña

16oz. Grilled Rib Eye topped with caramelized onions and served with two chicken enchiladas in salsa verde. Presented with refritos, ancho rice, guacamole and Mexican crema.



8oz. Filet Mignon on top of fajita vegetables and served with two chicken enchiladas in a salsa verde. Presented with ancho rice and refritos.


Kurobuta Carnitas

One pound slow cooked whole pork shank. Served with ancho rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and tortillas.

*Chef’s Tip: Add Chile verde salsa upon request.


Costilla de Borrego Con Pepitas

Pumpkin seed crusted rack of lamb with potato purée and asparagus. Served with an ancho chile and tomatillo sauce.


Pollo en Chipotle

Roasted airline chicken breast served with black beans, ancho rice, mushrooms, chipotle cream and cotija cheese.


Yucatan Pork Chop

Grilled achiote pork chop served with a chile relleno, refritos and ancho rice.


Bone Marrow Tacos

Four tacos served with avocado, onions, queso fresco and pico de gallo. Presented with ancho rice and black beans.

14oz. grilled New York & Maine lobster tail presented with Yukon potato purée and black beans. Served with an ancho-port wine reduction.


Milanesa de Filete de Res

Pan fried breaded beef tenderloin topped with asadero cheese and chipotle pepper. Served over chipotle-angel hair pasta.


Carne Asada

10oz. Grilled beef tenderloin, black beans, ancho rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and tortillas.


Camarones Con Rajas

Four U-8 wild Mexican prawns served in a poblano, onion and garlic butter sauce. Presented with ancho rice and refritos.


Scallops al Mojo de Ajo

Day Boat Scallops presented in a garlic sauce. Served with cilantro rice, jalapeño, tomatoes and sliced garlic.


Pescado Del Dia a La Veracruzana

Pan seared catch of the day served with onions, tomatoes, green olives, capers and garlic in a tomato broth. Presented over cilantro rice. MP

Salmon con Ancho Chile Glaze

Honey-ancho chili glazed salmon served with cilantro rice and papaya escabeche.


Puerto Nuevo Lobster

Two grilled Maine lobster tails served with black beans, cilantro rice, tortillas and salsa.


Seafood Molcajete with Plantains

Pan roasted lobster, shrimp, scallops, fish, octopus, crab, grilled cactus, avocado and panela cheese in a spicy tomato chile de arbor sauce. Presented in a hot lava rock molcajete.


Maine Lobster Enchiladas

Spinach, poblano chilies and our proprietary cheese blend. Served in salsa verde, with cilantro rice and black beans.
